Today one of our team members just quit, not through a personal call by telephone or Skype, no a short Facebook message and that was it.

As many loyal readers may know by now, I have been working with people almost my whole life, being part of the biggest and most successful direct sales company in Europe I know people anfd I know about why people are giving up, there is no difference between direct sales and online and offline marketing for me.

This reminded me of a story David Sharpe told me years ago about a woman  in bed because she was very ill and how she became successful writing a blogpost everyday by typing the letters one by one which took her hours and hours because of her illness.

It is all about interaction with other people and writing on Facebook about love and lightworkers does not do the job and will certainly not bring you any money!
